Red Raspberry Wine
Red Raspberries make perhaps the most perfect wine we have ever enjoyed! With a good acid content, and yet a natural sweet finish, the fruit retains it's characteristics and identity superbly after fermentation, even when the wine is dead dry. The aroma is unmistakable and wonderful!
Our recommended sweetness for this wine is the drier the better! It is wonderful fully sweet as well, if that is your preference.
