Blackberry Wine

Blackberry wine is a variety which many of you may have previous experience. With a high acid content, this fruit displays it's characteristics and identity best after fermentation, in a semi-sweet or sweet condition to help offset the high acid. Blackberries have an earthy flavor which makes an interesting contrast to their high acid level.

Our recommended sweetness for this wine is the semi-sweet! It is wonderful fully sweet as well, if that is your preference.

We recommend this wine be served with beef, pork, lamb or red meat wild game.
