Black Raspberry Wine

Black Raspberry wine is an intriguing variety. It has a strong floral aroma and a good acid content. This fruit displays it's characteristics and identity best after fermentation, in a semi-sweet or sweet condition.

For those of you that may have sampled CHAMBORD Royal Deluxe Liqueur (made from black raspberries and described as fit for a King or Queen), this wine compares favorably with a lower alcohol content.

Our recommended sweetness for this superb wine is semi-sweet! It is wonderful fully sweet as well and uniquely intriguing in dry or semi-dry if those are your preference.

We recommend serving with beef, pork, lamb, poultry, wild game or any vegetable dishes or salads!
