Terms and Conditions

You must be 21 to buy our wine! We will card you in our store and UPS/FedEx will verify age before delivery!
States: State laws mandate that we are only allowed to ship to certain states. We don't make the rules, we just follow them. Call or email to find out if we can ship to your state!
Personal Checks: We will not ship your wine until we have received and cleared your personal check. Sorry, but that's just how it goes!
Credit Cards: We accept all major credit cards. We do not keep your number on file, so as soon as your order is processed we have no record of your card number.
